Motif was a pleasure to work with, knew the market and was really helpful with the resolution of an inspection item which took over 5 months to complete. She was available to go over to my place for any items that needed to be taken care of, since I was not living in state anymore. I really felt she had my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend working with her.

It has been absolutely wonderful to work with Motif as our realtor. I cannot say enough about what Motif did to help us get out of our “starter home” and into something that will be a much better fit for us long term. We found Motif’s expertise and knowledge to be extremely valuable throughout our time working with her as our sellers agent and buyers agent. After two and a half years of home projects I was at breaking point. It felt like all of our disposable income was being poured into a 60 year old property that we did not love, it’s just the house that was in our price range and close to work when we were looking a few years back. The realization that we purchased the wrong house and needed out as soon as possible was really heavy, and I knew we needed help from a true professional to see us through to the other side. The process ended up taking 6 months, and during that time Motif’s guidance and hard work in the background was a lifesaver. There were many ups and downs throughout the process including job changes that put financing in question, the loss of our beloved dog, and other personal challenges. Motif’s support and advice genuinely helped me survive this rough patch in one piece. Motif sincerely cares about her clients and this is evidenced by the quality of her work, professional instincts, attention to detail, and negotiation skills. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the honor of working with Motif as our realtor and I highly recommend consulting with Motif when you are ready for your next home!

Motif made our experience easy and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We were very happy with her! Seiously, she was phenomenal!
